Tru3D, INC is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. To that end, we have prepared this Privacy Statement to disclose and describe our information gathering and dissemination practices for the “web site”.
By using our web site, you signify your assent to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our web site. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time based on your comments and our need to accurately reflect our data collection and disclosure practices. All changes will become effective immediately and you will not receive notice of these changes.


Personal Information
In general, you may visit our web site without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Some portions of the web site may require you to give us personally identifiable information, which is information that enables us to identify you, such as your name, email or other address. Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. This allows us to provide product and services information that is most likely meet your needs. However, privacy is very important to us. We recognize your right to confidentiality and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not give, loan, or sell any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless legally required to do so. We may store and process personal information to better understand your needs. In addition we may use the information to contact you. If you use our web site to receive support services for a Tru3D, INC product that you use, you may be required to supply personal information in order to receive these services via our web site, and we may use the information in order to perform services to you.



Security

The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our users is of utmost concern to us. We use industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layers. We treat data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We also employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside Tru3D, INC. Our warning to all our users is that “perfect security” does not currently exist on the Internet.



IP Addresses
We collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration and to report aggregate information. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Internet. Web servers – the big computers that “serve” up Web pages – automatically identify your computer by its IP address. When users request pages from our web site, our servers log your IP address. In addition, certain non-personally identifiable information is recorded by the standard operation of our Internet servers. This information allows us to keep our web site running efficiently. The information we record includes the browser (such as Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.) and the operating system used (such as Macintosh, Windows 2000, etc.) by you. Another use of this type of information includes the number of visitors to the various pages in our web site but only in a combined and non-personally-identifiable form. E-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information about users of our Web Site are known only when voluntarily submitted.



Cookies
We use a feature on your Internet browser called a “cookie.” Cookies are small files created on your computer’s hard drive. We use cookies to let it know that you are a prior user. We also use cookies to retrieve certain information previously provided by you to our web site, so that you will not need to re-enter this information every time you visit our web site. We will not use cookies to store personal/business information. Unless you specifically tell us, we will never know who you are, even though we may assign the browser on your computer a cookie. With most Internet Browsers, you can erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block all cookies, or receive a warning before a cookies is stored. Clear GIFs & Servers:

We also use electronic images known as "transparent GIFs", "Web bugs", "pixel tags" or "web beacons" — that allow TRU3D and our partners, including third party ad networks and exchanges to track general user traffic patterns. TRU3D also automatically receives and records information from our servers and from your browser, including your IP address, the time, and information about the page you requested.

 

How we Use Anonymous Information:

TRU3D operates an advertising platform and participates in advertising exchanges, where we help match advertisers, publishers, manufacturers and service providers with consumers based on products and services that those consumers own, use or have shown an interest in. We use the anonymous information gathered through cookies and “web beacons” to enable this advertising and content matching, providing the most relevant and informative advertising available to consumers as they travel the web.


What Information Is Collected?
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Through use of the date collection methods, TRU3D collects anonymous data while you are visiting its web site or a Partner Website, including advertisers, advertising exchanges and Web publishers. This anonymous data includes information such as a users IP address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web, allowing Web servers to identify your computer), web pages which have been viewed by the user, date and time, and responses by a user to an advertisement delivered by us or a third party advertising technology vendor. Our advertising platform partners, as well as TRU3D use different types of technologies to collect this type of information, including cookies and web beacons as described above.
In addition users may provide us with additional non-personally identifiable information. Examples of the non-personally identifiable data that may be provided with the users consent would include age, gender, and interests. None of the foregoing information (collectively referred to as "non-personally identifiable data"), by itself, or together, can by its nature be tracked to a specific individual's personally identifiable information. Web surfers may elect not to allow us to use anonymous data by following the TRU3D Opt-Out process.


Personally Identifiable Information
TRU3D does not ask for or receive any PII as a result of its use of the anonymous data collection technologies used to gather information about product preferences as described above. This process is always anonymous. At our Partner Websites, however, they may ask people to register and provide personally identifiable information in relation to the services provided or products sold on that site. The privacy policy for that Partner Website controls under those circumstances. TRU3D prohibits the passing of PII by Partner Websites to TRU3D and is committed to making sure that our Partners provide notice and choice to all consumers.


Other Information that is Collected:
On the TRU3D website (www.tru3d.com) we may collect PII on individuals or companies who are inquiring about doing business with TRU3D in some capacity. We do maintain this information for the purpose of assessing working relationships with the individuals or companies who have submitted information. For example, if an individual submitted their email address and asked for information regarding an TRU3D product, we will maintain that information for purposes of assessing the opportunity and potentially contacting that individual and/or company with a response to the inquiry. This information will not be used for any other purpose, excepting as may be required by.
What we do with Non-Personally Identifiable (Anonymous) Information
TRU3D will use non-PII in a number of ways. It will be used to:

  • Keep count of return visits to our site or our Partners' sites
  • Accumulating and reporting anonymous, aggregate, statistical information on Web site and content usage to our partners and our own sites
  • Displaying the most appropriate advertising or content based on your interests
  • TRU3D partners with third party ad networks and exchanges to display its customers' ads throughout these third party networks.

These third party ad networks and exchanges may use information regarding its own users to select which ads to display. We allow other companies that are presenting advertisements on our sites and, sometimes, in our newsletters to use tracking technology on your computer. We do not give any personally identifiable information to them as part of this relationship. Unless you visit the Web site of these companies and provide them with personally identifiable information about yourself, these tracking technologies tell those advertisers nothing about who you are. Our advertisers', publisher’s and Partner Site’s use of tracking technology is subject to their own privacy policies.


Third-Party Disclosure of Non-PII?
Disclosure of Anonymous, Aggregated Information
We aggregate user information and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties for marketing, promotional, and other purposes. TRU3D also discloses aggregated user statistics (for example, 15% of people anonymously identified by TRU3D own plasma TVs) in order to describe our services to prospective customers and partners, and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes.


Third-Party Disclosure of PII
TRU3D does not disclose PII to any third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TRU3D may at any time disclose Member Details and any other information collected to third parties if we are required to do so by law, warrant, subpoena, regulation or court order.

Security
TRU3D has implemented reasonable security measures to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Our security systems include authenticated access to internal databases, audits of procedures, and regular reviews of overall Web security.

If you believe that TRU3D has not complied with this Privacy Policy, or if you have any other complaint with regard to collection, use or disclosure of personal information by TRU3D, you may send a written notice of complaint to:

Links: The TRU3D site may contain links to other Websites. TRU3D is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those sites. Users should be aware of this when they leave our site and review the privacy statements of each Web site they visit that collects information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by TRU3D.


Business Transfers:

We are always seeking to improve our Sites and our business. If all or part of TRU3D is sold, merged or otherwise transferred to another entity, the Member Details that you have provided to us along with Clickstream Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. In these circumstances, TRU3D will require that the information be used by its successor in a manner that is consistent with the TRU3D Privacy Policy in effect at the time TRU3D received the information.


Amendments:

TRU3D may modify or amend this policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, as determined by TRU3D, in the way in which information is collected, used or transferred, we will notify you of these changes on our site(s) or by e-mail and provide a link to the new privacy statement. If you object to any of the changes, you can have us delete your information from our database by contacting webmaster@tru3d.com.


Site Visitors from outside the United States: TRU3D and its servers are located in the United States and are subject to the applicable state and federal laws of the United States. If you choose to access the Sites or become a Member, you consent to the use and disclosure of information in accordance with this privacy policy and subject to such laws.
