| Comments | My experience with TUR3D was excellent. I ordered the 3D TV Adapter KIT for Samsung 3D DLP HDTV. My shipment arrived on time. I had some issues trying to get the kit to work with my PS3 and Comcast cable box. I submitted a email to the TRU3D support team and within 2 hours I received a phone call from one of their support techs (Tony). He gave me instructions on how other customers with equipment like mine got the kit to work. I had success getting my PS3 and Comcast cable box working with the kit thanks to Tony. I provided my feedback to the support team on how I got my setup to work so they could update their FAQ database. TRU3D is constantly working to update their FAQ's to better help customers get their kits working along with updating their checkout page to include the options for customers to list what type of equipment (TV, PS3, Cable Box etc) that they have to ensure the right kit is shipped to them. Thanks to all on the TRU3D team for providing a solution for us Samsung DLP 3D TV early adopters since Samsung clearly dropped the ball and left us hanging! | |||||||||||||||||||
