He meets objectives through disciplined financial analysis, forecasting, operational metrics analysis; gap identification, business process re-engineering, cross-functional project management, and strong interfacing skills. Reed’s core competencies include: financial planning and analysis, strategic metrics / dashboard tracking, fulfillment, logistics and order management, credit card processing, data mining, warehouse design and enterprise-scale project management. Johnson has achieved the highest level of academic success and holds 2 masters in Economics and Mathematics and 5 bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Mechancial Engineering, Physics, Math and Econ.

Welch leads the TRU3D technology team with his passion for 3D technology and integration. As a stereoscopic photographer since the age of five, Welch’s lifelong passion merged with his career in 1995 with his work in 3D gaming. As an early pioneer, he worked on behalf of the consumer with many of the early shutter glass manufacturers and game driver developers. Over the last three years, he has focused this drive toward: 3D multimedia convergence, systems integration, and final 3D product solution development. Before 3D, he has an unrivaled set of accomplishments having achieved top national rankings and three performance awards at Cisco Systems while still in college. Upon completing his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University with a specialization in Automated Systems and Systems Integration, Welch entered the entrepreneurial world helping to build four separate technology startups over seven years.

He has worked all over the world and his work as been shown at: The New York MOMA, International Center of Photography, Taejon Expo in Korea, Jerusalem Museum, Museum of Holography, Polariod Collection, The Smithsonian and the MIT Museum. He has worked with a wide variety of clients including: Nascar, Rolling Stones, Pixar/Disney, Canadian Space Agency, Africa Motors, Google, MasterCard, AOL, NY Times, Sony, NBC/Sci FI channel, US Dept. of Energy Abe is a former faculty member of NYU, School of Visual Arts, New School and International Center of Photography.
